KRISTINA WELLNESS - THE STORY

About

Kristina De Las Salas is the founder of KRISTINA'S WELLNESS, a health and wellness coaching platform founded on the fundamentals of The Mediterranean Lifestyle which oftentimes centers on its holistic approach to health and well-being. 


It's more than just a diet; it's a way of life that values: 


1. Nourishing the Body:

Emphasis on whole, unprocessed foods: This includes plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds.

Healthy Fats are Key: Prioritizing olive oil, nuts, and fatty fish for brain health and overall well-being.

Mindful Eating: Savoring meals, practicing portion control, and being aware of hunger and fullness cues. 


2. Cultivating a Healthy Mindset:

Stress Management: Incorporating practices like meditation, yoga, or spending time in nature.
